We've all said we were going to get in better shape for the New Year... How many of us will actually keep this promise? Not many! Why not make yourself accountable for it and actually do it this year and be bathing suit ready before summer!?!?!?!
I will be doing the following work out 2 to 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I will take pictures to measure my progress and I plan on uping my work out every 2 weeks to see what I can get done. I've giving myself 6 weeks to see what I can drop weight wise.
